Small Group Nutrition Programs

 Making dietary and lifestyle changes can be really tough, especially if you're flying solo! Which is why we offer small group nutrition programs that provide introductory nutrition information with the support of a group! 

Sprout Foundations 

Our foundations course provides an introduction to nutrition and provides the knowledge and support to make sustainable lifestyle changes. Over the course of six weeks, you will learn what good nutrition looks like on your plate, how it feels in your body, and how to implement positive, sustainable changes with a busy, busy schedule! This course also includes a 4-week real food challenge where you will implement dietary and lifestyle changes with the support of classmates. 
Be prepared to experience more energy, better mental acuity, improved and stabilized mood, less bloat and better digestion!

Each class meeting will provide lively discussion, activities, and homework (yes! homework!). You will receive a PDF booklet to guide you through the course, access to a private facebook group for added support, and weekly emails with exclusive recipes, tips and tricks to make the most of the class experience.

Group Wellness Program

Looking for guidance for your next wellness challenge? We offer customizable wellness programs for gyms and small businesses that focus on four key pillars of health: nutrition, movement, sleep, and mindfulness. The program may run from 4 to 6 weeks and includes an introductory workshop and follow-up at the end of the program. Your team will experience better focus and mental clarity, improved physical fitness, stabilized mood and boosted morale. 

Each participant will receive a PDF guide for the program, as well as weekly support emails. Additional lectures and workshops may be added to the program for an additional fee.
