Sometimes we need a little guidance in life to feel our best. Maybe you're feeling a little low or perhaps you've lost that pep in your step. Or maybe you know you should be eating better and moving more, but don't know where to start! 

Well you've come to the right place!

Think of me like a personal trainer, but instead of encouraging you to do burpees, I encourage you to drink bone broth. Okay... I'll probably still encourage you to do burpees. But my point is.. I'm here to help you reach your goals with individualized nutrition and lifestyle support. Your body is unique and awesome, and I'm here to help you feel your awesomest (most awesome?). We'll work together to discern what your body needs and how we can best implement changes without you losing your mind. My goal is for you to feel your best and be set-up with sustainable habits for the long-term.

So how does this work...

Step 1: Schedule a FREE 15 minute consult

We'll use this time together to talk about your goals, how my practice works and decide the best next step. Maybe your time and dollars are better spent in a group class, or maybe working together one on one is the best course. I value your time and health, so I want to be sure you are set up for success. 

Step 2: Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is where we dive in with an in-depth analysis of your current health through nutritional assessment, food journal review and health history. This is our opportunity to get to know each other and come up with a game plan: what are your goals or health concerns, what's holding you back emotionally, mentally and/or physically, and how are we going to work together to reach those goals and have you feeling your best.  

This appointment includes:

  • Individualized nutrition and supplement recommendations
  • Knowledge of what foods to incorporate in your diet, and which to leave out
  • 5-day food journal review
  • Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire analysis 
  • Health History Review

Step 3: Follow-up Session

The purpose of this session is to give you the continued support and education needed to reach your goals. During our follow-up sessions, we will review your current plan and discuss any possible nutrition or supplemental changes. We will build on your nutritional knowledge, address any questions or concerns, and provide you the resources necessary to encourage you to move forward.  At the end of each appointment, you'll receive personalized nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations. My goal is to provide a foundation of knowledge and help develop good habits to create sustainable lifestyle changes.
The number and timing of follow-up sessions depends on your individualized goals and preference. We can meet as often as once per week or as little as once a month.
