Want to learn how to make your own kimchi, kraut, or fermented fruit and veg? Join us for our next Fermentation Workshop featuring seasonal spring fruits and veggies! 

We'll talk about the difference between pickling and fermenting and the benefits of eating fermented foods (besides being extra tasty). Then you'll have the opportunity to make a batch of fermented veggies with your fellow workshop attendees. 

Each participant will leave fermented fruits and veggies (that they helped create!), recipes and tips for fermenting foods at home, and all the knowledge.
