Join us for our next Fermentation Workshop! We'll talk about the difference between pickling and fermenting and the benefits of eating fermented foods (besides being extra tasty). Then you'll have the opportunity to make a batch of seasonal fermented fruit or veggies with your fellow workshop attendees.

Each participant will leave with fermented fruit and veggies (that they helped create!), recipes and tips for fermenting foods at home, and all the knowledge.

Let's gather as new friends and old to discuss community, health, and social issues over a delicious meal, prepared together!

I'll do the shopping and menu planning, and we'll all work together to create a healthy, delicious meal.

Your $10 donation helps cover ingredient cost and the rest will be donated to this month's charity: Running Start. Running Start works to empower and train the next generation of female leaders and politicians. 

To clarify, your contribution is NOT paying for a prepared meal in a commercial kitchen (dotting my i's and crossing my t's here). This is an opportunity to gather together as neighbors and friends for conversation, community and to support a good cause.
