The Postpartum Exercise Series is five weeks of building connection, strength, and wellness through functional fitness, mindfulness and nutrition. This program is ideal for mamas 2 weeks to 1 year postpartum, but all mamas are welcome regardless of your babe's age.
Through this series, you'll learn how to re-engage and strengthen your core and pelvic floor, connect with your breath, celebrate your postpartum body and return to functional fitness safely and mindfully.
Between classes you'll receive exercises to do at home as well as nutrition tips to support overall health, breastfeeding and recovery.
This 5 week class series meets Sundays:
from 12pm to 1:15pm at Intrepid Athletics.
