Want to learn how to make your own kimchi, kraut, or fermented fruit and veggies? Join us for our next Fermentation Workshop! We'll talk about the difference between pickling and fermenting and the benefits of eating fermented foods (besides being extra tasty). Then you'll have the opportunity to make a batch of seasonal fermented fruit or veggies with your fellow workshop attendees.

Each participant will leave with fermented fruit and veggies (that they helped create!), recipes and tips for fermenting foods at home, and all the knowledge. 

 Space is limited to 6 participants!
