Sprout Foundations Online: Lunch with Liz

Join in a special series of Sprout Foundations designed especially for the "I have no time for anything, but I really want to learn how to take better care of my awesome body, because I AM AWESOME and I deserve it, but did I also mention I don't have tiiiiime" person in mind.

Since freetime is brief, let's have lunch together! The small group nutrition class will meet ONLINE Wednesdays from 12-12:45pm for six weeks starting May 31. The class will be packed with tips to help you maximize your health.

Sprout Foundations includes a 4-week Real Food Challenge and covers topics including digestive health, macronutrients, the truth about sugars and fats, and mindful eating habits. 

Bring your lunch, check-in with your support group and learn a little bit more about that awesome bod of yours.

You will receive a PDF booklet to guide you through the course, access to a private facebook group for added support, and weekly emails with exclusive recipes, tips and tricks to make the most of the class experience.
