Sprout Foundations is for you! 

Taught in a supportive, small group setting, this class focuses on sharing the tools you need to create sustainable, healthy habits that serve your body best, while implementing mindful diet changes through a 4-week whole food based Real Food Challenge. 

The six week course covers the “why” behind eating a whole foods diet discussing topics of: digestion, macronutrient balance, blood sugar regulation, and mindfulness.
